Solicitor (2+ years PQE)

  • We want to hear from ambitious and motivated lawyers looking to take on an interesting and varied caseload and play a central role in the development of our commercial and real estate practice.

    We are looking for confident and experienced solicitors with strong commercial acumen, a sense of humour and the ability to deliver clear direction and sound advice to the firm’s clients.

  • Commercial real estate transactions, including investment sale/purchase, leasing and commercial securities.

    Commercial asset and share purchase agreements, business sale agreements and related transactions.

    Being involved with and championing business development including engagement with new clients and contributing to the firm’s website and marketing activities.

  • 2+ years PQE in commercial real estate or other commercial/corporate role.

    Ability to provide solution-oriented advice to clients on commercial matters.

    Strong communication skills

    Genuine interest in business development

    Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues in other practice areas.

    Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

    Have a desire to play a central role in the growth of the department with a view to future legal director opportunities
